The entry fee for the 125th Annual U.S. Open is $155 (online) until July 7, when it will increase to $180 (until July 21). More information is available on this page.
Entries by mail are only accepted if postmarked by July 8. The by-mail entry fee is $180 until June 23, and $200 until July 8.
