The Davenport Grand and Centennial hotels still have rooms available in the reduced-rate US Chess room block, but availability is moving quickly. The Davenport Grand is conveniently connected to the playing area by skywalk. The Centennial is separated only by a short, scenic walk through Spokane’s Riverfront Park, named one of America’s most beautiful urban parks by National Geographic. 2025 National K12 Grade Championships - Office Hours

Director of Events Pete Karagianis and Assistant Director of Events Erik Czerwin will be hosting Zoom Office Hours the week before the first early entry deadline. Have a question about the event, hotels, venues, team rooms, Spokane, or something else?  Pop in to virtual Office Hours at any point during a session where we'll be standing by to answer your questions, field your comments, and welcome you to the event.  Sign up for one or more office hours, and a link will be sent to that email address prior to that session. The Team Room registration information for the National K12 Grades Championship is now posted.  Find it here: https://new.uschess.org/k12-2025-championships/team-rooms.  The registration link will be made live on October 10^th for teams to submit their requests for Team Rooms.  The window for submitting requests extends through October 17^th when Team Rooms will begin to be assigned.  Please visit the team room page for more information.  Be sure to note the Team Room Policies and Procedures document.

Welcome to the K-12 National Grade Championships event hub! 

We wanted to share general information about dates, location, and transportation with our members as quickly as possible. Registration for the tournament and all side events will open up at some point in August, pending any changes to the scholastic regulations from this year's Scholastic Council meeting at the U.S. Open.
