The Team Room Reservation form has been closed for the 2026 National Elementary Championships.
Reservation Requests for Team Rooms were open 4/1/2026 through 5:00pm CST on Friday 4/10/2026.
Rooms are in the process of being distributed and assigned as of Wednesday 4/15/2026. Room requests have exceeded the number of rooms available, so we are working to ensure the best distribution and will contact those teams soon. No further requests can be accepted at this time. Thank you for your support.

US Chess will issue badges to all participants. Badges will be required to enter the defined playing area. Please click here to read about the Badging process. Each Team Room purchase will include 3 Accompanying Persons badges. Once the Team Room has been processed, a Coupon Code will be generated and sent to the point of contact to register those 3 badges (codes will expire 2 weeks prior to the event and must be used within that window). Additional Accompanying Persons badges may be purchased here.
