The final reviewed version is now available in chapter E012023 of the FIDE Handbook. This English text is the authentic version of the Laws of Chess, and translations to other languages are now being prepared.
The main novelty (12.2.7) is that the penalty in rapid games is now reduced to one minute from two minutes in the previous version.
The new version also includes a mention of FIDE certified "electronic scoresheet" (8.1.1.2), which introduction was approved by FIDE in February 2022.
No other rules were amended during this check, and most changes are purely editorial, consisting of correcting typos and adjusting the numbering of chapters and sections.
Following a process that FIDE has applied to all its body of documentation, pronouns were changed from "he" to "he/she". By now, almost all legacy documents at FIDE have already undergone this indispensable modification to make them inclusive.
The FIDE Rules Commission has published on its website a comprehensive table showing all changes and corrections. You can find it at this link.

Friendly Remainders to US Chess Policies in regards to FIDE rated tournaments in the USA.
https://new.uschess.org/tournament-directors/fide-rated-events contains the full text of policies and procedures that US Chess uses in regards to FIDE-rated tournaments. Here are the summary points:
US Chess requires at least 6 days advance notice for all non-norm tournaments and at least 33 days advance notice for all norm tournaments. Submitting a TLA advertisement does not mean the tournament will be automatically registered with FIDE. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the required information on time or the event may not be FIDE rated.
After the tournament has finished, please ensure that your SwissSys files (either Swisssys Version 11 .sjson file or SwissSys 10 .S#C files) contains all the player’s information, including FIDE ID, Federation, Gender (M/F), and Birthyear. All of this information can be obtained by looking up the player’s FIDE profile.
All FIDE rated tournaments that end at least 6 days prior to the end of the month must be submitted to US Chess and FIDE for rating in that month, no later than 3 days prior to the end of the month. All other FIDE rated tournaments must be submitted to US Chess and FIDE for rating no later than 7 days after the end of the tournament.
Per FIDE Title Regulations 1.91: Tournament reports must include a PGN file of at least those games played by players who achieved title results for Swiss and team tournaments, and all games played for other tournaments. A failure to provide all the games required in a PGN file will mean that the norm will not be approved.
