The World Cadet Championships are currently underway in Pocos de Caldas, Brazil (August 21-27). Our delegation of over sixty players includes some incredible talent, such as Liran Zhou (Open Under 10), who just broke the record for the youngest master in US Chess history, Abhimanyu Mishra (top seed in Open Under 8), who last year, broke the record for the youngest US Chess expert and Nastassja Matus (Girls Under 12), who recently won the Susan Polgar Foundation Invitational. Follow results and pairings on chessresults.com, find official website here, and look for photos and games here as the tournament develops, and find out more about our sponsor Two Sigma here.  You can also follow the top boards of the event at chess24.
