Candidates’ statements appear in the April, May, and June issues of Chess Life per the US Chess bylaws. They are listed in an order determined during a double blind drawing held in our office with the City of Crossville Mayor James Mayberry. Ballots will be distributed to all voting members who are a current US Chess member (active as of May 4, 2017), whose membership expires on or after June 30, 2017, who will be age 16 or older by June 30, 2017, and who registers to vote by May 1, 2017
