Hikaru Nakamura took clear first in the Ultimate Blitz Challenge in Saint Louis, and the first prize of $20,000, ahead of Wesley So in 2nd.
Garry Kasparov, who excited fans with his dynamic games and sharp openings, took third place and donated the $10,000 winnings to the US Olympic team.
