Olga Rubtsova
Olga Rubtsova was born August 20, 1909 and died December 13, 1994.  She was the first USSR Women’s Champion when she won the event in 1931, and she won that title again in 1937 and 1949.  She won the 4th Women’s World Championship (OTB) and then, in 1971 she won the first Women’s World  Correspondence Chess Championship 1968-1971.  She was the only person to become the Women's World Champion in both OTB and Correspondence Chess.
