Round Times:

2:00 pm - 3:05 pm - 4:10 pm - 5:15 pm; Check in and register until 1:45 pm.

Awards Ceremony will start right after the last game finishes. Awards: Trophies to the top five players in each section. Additional larger team trophies for the top three school teams and for every kindergartner. EF: $25 by Wednesday, $30 by Friday, or $35 by Saturday at the site. Your current published rating will be used for pairing and prizes. No playing up is allowed. Please register online on the Phoenix Chess Academy website. Byes: 0 or 1/2 points byes are available in all four rounds (max of 2). All byes must be requested before the start of round 2. Requesting a zero point bye late in the tournament is considered the same as withdrawing. Boards, sets and clocks will be provided.
